All Important Shipping Information at a Glance:

  • Processing and Production Time Until Shipment: Please allow 2–5 business days for the processing and production of your order before it is shipped.

  • Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after the processing and production are completed. It may take approximately 1–3 days for the tracking number to become active on the tracking page.


Additional Shipping Information During the COVID-19 Pandemic

We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with our partners in China, which have greatly helped us maintain operations as best as possible during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Since February 2020, we have been diligently working to adapt to the changing global shipping landscape and using all available resources to make necessary adjustments to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Time: All products require 5–12 business days from the time of shipment. Shipping is free and handled by DHL and similar carriers.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there may sometimes be delays due to the pandemic, which are beyond our control:


1. Before the Goods Are Shipped

  • Certain regions may experience temporary lockdowns or operational disruptions (including our facilities in China), which may result in packages being delayed at the carrier’s location in the shipping country for some time (worst case: an additional 2–5 business days added to the normal processing time).

  • Lockdowns may cause delays in the delivery of critical materials required for your products (worst case: an additional 2–5 business days added to the normal processing time).

  • We in China may be directly affected by renewed business restrictions due to lockdowns, which could lead to staff shortages or temporary closures (specific predictions are not possible).

  • If there are any changes to the delivery address, please contact us via our contact form.


2. After the Goods Have Been Shipped

  • Certain regions may experience temporary lockdowns or business closures, causing shipped packages to remain at the carrier’s location for some time (worst case: an additional 2–5 business days added to the normal shipping time).

  • Due to increased online order volumes combined with reduced staffing, customs and import stations (where import duties may be required) are under greater pressure than usual, which may result in longer processing times for your import (worst case: an additional 2–5 business days added to the normal shipping time).

  • Lockdowns may restrict doorstep deliveries due to infection risks. Packages may instead be delivered to your local parcel station, where they will remain until you collect them or deliveries are allowed again (specific predictions are not possible).

  • Air freight capacity and route availability will only gradually return to pre-pandemic levels (worst case: an additional 2–5 business days added to the normal shipping time).
