Right of return

1. Cancellation and Exchange

1.1 Once an order has been placed on our website, you can cancel or modify your order by sending us an email.

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified; instead, the order must be returned to us in accordance with Clause 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may apply, over which we have no control. If the item(s) are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. However, you may inform us in advance of your withdrawal. To ensure the fastest possible return, please provide us with proof of shipment.

An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after the order has been placed if the goods have not been received.

1.3 As we operate an automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, interrupting the shipping process until delivery is not possible, and refunds before receipt of the goods are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.


2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Our return policy is part of these Terms and Conditions under which you access and use our website.

2.2 If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can email us to inform us about the product to be returned and return the product to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you (not the carrier) took possession of the last item.

2.3 Return shipping and costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2.4 The product must be received by us for the customer to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.

2.5 You must ensure the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received, properly packaged. The product must be unused, product labels must not be tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned in a damaged condition, we also reserve the right to refuse the return.

2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.

2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email approving your return. A refund will shortly be issued to the payment method used for the order after you receive a notification of the approval of your return. No storage fees will be charged for the product.

2.8 The withdrawal is complete once the physical goods have been received by us.

3. Steps for Cancellation

  1. Please request the cancellation form from our support team, complete it, sign it, and send it back to us via email as a scanned document.
